Cosec VEGA Fax has been installed in different subcontractor office with a dedicated internet connection for each device using a 4G Sim card. The devices have been connected with a backup power supply to supplement an alternate power to the device for upto 4 hours. The server resides in the client data center where the Cosec application server has been installed. The default port was changed to a random port and forwarded in the firewall device to allow the communication with different devices distributed across different sites. The devices have been identified for different projects and named accordingly. User enrolment is done for different consultants in different projects. All the enrolment happens live on-site and attendance logs gets pushed on a real-time basis to the server.
